Lake of the Pines, Lone Star Boat Ramp
This kayak paddle route map circumnavigates the Lake of the Pines in east Texas (down to the 155 bridge), going around the shore in a clockwise direction. The put-in, and return, are at the Lone Star boat ramp at the lake’s north side. The pictures tell the story. Nice paddle, the only thing to add is that there were a LOT of turtles, their heads were in the water everywhere.
