The Beryl Anthony Lower Ouachita WMA is a forested region in Arkansas, kind of in-between the Felsenthal NWR and the Upper Ouachita NWR. Access to an open lake in the Upper Ouachita here required launching at a spot in Arkansas. Tricky to find. Great place though.
