Above: Overview map of a few kayak route locations in the Northwest Louisiana Shreveport area. This is a terrific area for paddling and many more locations and/or route variations are possible. Bodcau Bayou in particular is a long channel that runs from southern Arkansas, through the Bodcau WMA in Louisiana, and finally into the Red River in Shreveport.
